針對婦聯會的資產及及組織轉型問題，內政部今(24)日表示，經與黨產會、婦聯會三方協商之後，就絕大部分內容取得共識，包括確定婦聯會312億元收歸國庫，將撥入長照服務發展基金、家庭暴力及性侵害防治基金、社會福利基金及榮民醫療作業基金。
內政部曾於7月24日召開記者會表示，與黨產會、婦聯會組成專案小組，就組織及資產部分展開行政協商，並於3個月內向外界公布成果，期限於今日屆滿，內政部舉行記者會說明。
內政部表示，過去3個月內政部及黨產會均以「整體解決、積極溝通、公益優先」三項原則，以及「組織落實民主轉型、資產捐國庫做公益、會務接受公共監督」三大方向，與婦聯會進行協商。
內政部指出，期間共召開7次工作會議，已就絕大部分內容取得共識，包括確定312億元將撥入長照服務發展基金、家庭暴力及性侵害防治基金、社會福利基金及榮民醫療作業基金；完成總會及國內外各分會會務和財產情形之清查、及決定後續處理方向。
內政部說，婦聯會同意提前召開會員代表大會，確認行政契約及組織解散轉型為公益基金會等，僅餘隱匿財產相關罰則及基金會董事資格問題尚待協商。
內政部表示，雖然尚未簽署正式行政契約，但已有相當具體進展，會持續積極促成三方達成共識，對於未來協商結果表示審慎樂觀。
內政部說，依照行政程序法規定，在事實或法律關係經依職權調查仍不能確定的情況下，為有效達成行政目的、解決爭執，政府機關得與人民締結行政契約代替行政處分，且婦聯會協商案是政府處理不當黨產以來，第一個最接近協商成功的案例，也因此必須考慮更多面向，希望能夠再爭取時間空間，如有最新進展，內政部也會再主動向外界報告進度。
